We are a small public body in Scotland supported by the Scottish Parliament. As a ‘start-up’ in 2021 our organisation was born during the pandemic necessitating remote working during the formative months. Although we had access to some core HR services through a shared-services arrangement, this was not enough to support all our HR needs.
