Meet the founder

HR Staple is an independent HR Consultancy business, based in Midlothian, on the outskirts of Edinburgh.  Formed by Jaclyn Pringle, an experienced Human Resources professional and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, HR Staple pulls on over 17 years HR experience to quickly understand your needs and work with you to create tailored people solutions that are right for your business.   

Having previously worked in senior HR roles, Jaclyn is able to draw on solid experience to deliver a first-class HR service to clients.  With an MSc in HR Management and an accredited ACAS Workplace Mediator, Jaclyn works to offer a ‘staple’ HR offering to ensure a wide remit of HR services are provided to businesses in Edinburgh, the Lothians and throughout the country.  Jaclyn’s approachable manner allows her to establish client relationships both quickly and effectively, tailoring practical solutions to fit the individual requirements of each client.

Hazel Boden

HR Consultant

Hazel is an experienced and dedicated HR Advisor who provides professional guidance and HR support to our valued clients. Hazel’s superpower is engaging with clients to understand their specific HR needs, challenges, and goals. From this, she offers expert advice and solutions to help them effectively manage their people, navigate HR challenges, and achieve their business objectives. Although Hazel is employed to cover the full spectrum of HR, her passion lies in creating, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and bespoke employee handbooks, tailored to the client's business, as well as offering robust guidance on employee relations matters.

Anna Harrington

Occupational Health practitioner

Anna is our dedicated Occupational Health practitioner who delivers a specialist healthcare service in promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of individuals within the context of their work environment. Anna brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and helps our clients navigate through complex and sensitive situations through our occupational health referral service.
